You can do an easy bathroom update by incorporating a few vintage-style decor items and using calming colors. For the bathroom re-do we featured in our eNote, we also revitalized some salvaged pieces, like a wood door that was still in good shape, and repurposed it to be a place to hang towel hooks.
The soothing teals and light greens complement some of the more rustic elements, like a distressed wood chair that serves as a place to hold extra soaps and other necessities.
And since bathrooms are typically small spaces, we set an extra storage cupboard in the hallway just outside the bathroom. It sets towels and and other essentials in view for guests, and keeps the bathroom from being cluttered.
