Your kitchen cabinets don’t have to stay cluttered. Instead, create an easy-to-build organizer from inexpensive materials.
Simple Assembly. Start by cutting pieces of plywood to serve as bases for your organizer. Also cut dowels to any lengths you want. (We made our dowels 6” and 12” long.)
Use a framing square to mark a layout grid on the plywood. The holes on our organizer are spaced 2” apart.
Now drill holes in the bases for dowels. To ensure straight holes, we used a handheld drill equipped with a portable drill guide.
The dowels make it easy to reorganize the cabinet as your storage needs change. Just pull out the dowels and move them to different holes.
