When you're hosting family or friends in your home, here's a whimsical way to offer them words of welcome.
Create a Burlap Board. The board itself is simply a piece of burlap wrapped around a plywood panel. We secured the material to the plywood with staples.
Stencil Sentiments. In order to paint perfect letters, we recommend using stencils — they're available in all sorts of sizes and styles. When arranging words on your board, make sure you aren't spacing the letters too far apart, then tape the stencils in place so they don't shift. Finally, go ahead and lightly dab paint over the stencils.
